ATZWANGER not only builds and delivers high quality systems, we also support our customers after handover - as plant supervisors, after-sales service and problem solvers. Our own service department is ready to help. Quickly and flexibly.
Our tasks include repair and maintenance work," says Christian from the service team, "or the commissioning of systems. The electricians and hydraulic engineers in the department at the Bolzano headquarters also take on smaller jobs on the construction sites. But mainly we are there for the customer after the handover. After all, they must be able to rely on us," he stresses.
The service team has a wide range of activities: They maintain heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, from regular filter changes to emergency repairs. The same applies to fire protection systems, which are subject to statutory inspections, and control systems. Swimming pools are another area of activity. We supply consumables for water treatment, for example, but also take care of seasonal commissioning and decommissioning," explains the service specialist, "for both hotels and public swimming pools.
The ATZWANGER specialists also work with external partners, "who are usually already integrated into the maintenance contract. Or there is cooperation with the relevant factory customer service, for example for burner maintenance," explains Christian. ATZWANGER is always the competent point of contact for the customer.
For added security, there is also the option of a 24-hour emergency service contract: "We can be reached on our emergency number 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are ready to intervene immediately," he points out.
Some members of the service team work mainly in the office, preparing quotations and maintenance contracts, coordinating calls... and solving some problems directly via remote maintenance. We access the customer's system from here and can often help immediately,' says one member of staff. Otherwise, we see the specific problem and can send the right specialist with the right equipment. An important factor in breakdowns and emergencies.
The other well-trained colleagues are out and about with customers. The Salzburg and Munich sites also have their own service teams ready to help customers.
