The event, organised by ANDAF Nordest in collaboration with PwC Italia, took place at our headquarters in Bozen/Bolzano. The second event of the "Digital Transformation - The CFO as Change Manager" programme, which focused on "Change Management, People and Fundamental Decisions", had as its main theme the management of "solution or business driven" Digital Transformation implementation projects. In this context, people and change management are of paramount importance.
Arnold Lunger, our Chief Financial Officer, as well as Marco Pasquotti, President of ANDAF Nordest, Martino Zuin and Davide Sigolotto of PwC Italia, Giuseppe Viscovich, CFO of Fidia Farmaceutici, and Reinhard Brunner, CFO of Rothoblaas, all made relevant contributions.
In a final round table discussion, the guests shared their common business experiences, highlighting the centrality of optimisation and digitalisation processes, and how participative, clear and comprehensive communication is a prerequisite for their success.
