Our company is taking part in the construction of the new headquarters of Alperia and Edyna in Rennstallweg/Via Scuderie in Meran/Merano, near the hippodrome and the railway station in Untermais/Maia Bassa.
The two separate buildings were designed together and are connected to each other at the basement level, reserved for parking spaces.
ATZWANGER has completed the underground waste water disposal works, while the works for the central heating and cooling plant, the underground distribution of the heating system, air conditioning, sanitary installations, waste water disposal and the fire protection system are still in progress.
ATZWANGER also carried out the cabling, automation and treatment of the shallow water basin with a surface area of approximately 2,000 square metres on which the two buildings are reflected and appear to “float”.
The construction work started in March 2023 and is expected to be completed around August 2025.
The two buildings will be able to accommodate up to 300 employees of the Alperia Group, as well as offices, technical areas and Edyna warehouses.
