Paul Atzwanger hands the management over to his sons Thomas and Christoph Atzwanger. As president and vice-president of the board of directors, they manage the company alongside their cousin and delegate of the board of directors Martin Atzwanger and the experts Markus Weishaupt and Arnold Lunger.

The leap into more distant markets has been made with projects in Japan, Russia, Lithuania, Croatia and Romania.

Opening of the new headquarters in Bozen-Bolzano.

The waste treatment specialist Ecomaster GmbH-Srl is merged into ATZWANGER AG-SpA. ATZWANGER (Suisse) AG is founded in Baar (CH).

Opening of the new offices of the German subsidiary ATZWANGER GmbH in Munich Riem.

We diversify our activity range and enter the field of environmental technology.
1975
The energy sector is added. At the same time, the first foreign subsidiaries are opened in Innsbruck (1977: moved to Salzburg) and Munich. This lays the foundation for the company's second geographical pillar.

The water plants sector is integrated into the product portfolio. The company is converted into a public limited corporation.

Relocation to the new company office in Viale Druso-Drususallee, Bolzano-Bozen.

Luis' sons Paul and Peter join the family business with forward-looking ambitions and fresh ideas. The product range is expanded, the scope of action extended beyond the borders.

Due to wartime complications, the company is dissolved . In the post-war period, the business continues first in Via Talvera-Talfergasse in Bozen-Bolzano, then in Via Cassa di Risparmio-Sparkassenstraße.
1932
Founding of ATZWANGER in Bozen-Bolzano by Luis Atzwanger, a plumber by education. Thanks to high-quality heating and sanitary installations, the company soon experiences an upswing.
